When Al Lantz founded Lantz Homes, Inc. in 1959, he set about building high-quality houses, treating each one, as he explained it, “like it was my own home.”

Al Lantz’s customers saw the beauty and enjoyed the practical consequences of Al’s philosophy. The houses looked wonderful…and lasted wonderfully. As time went by, more and more people chose Lantz Homes to build houses that they would proudly call home.

Jeff Lantz joined his father’s company in 1972, after learning his craft during years of part time and summer work for Lantz Homes and earning a college degree in business.

Today, most of Jeff Lantz’s family is involved in carrying on the Lantz Homes traditions. While Jeff is passing down his master skills to his son Jeff II, his wife Debbie and daughter Charisa manage the office. As a team they are making sure their custom homes are built to exceed their customer expectations.
